AMOR  PURO

AMOR PURO, is a contemporary dance piece that talks about a reality of the South of the American continent: the disappeared. Inspired by the mothers of young people who have been murdered by state agencies at different times, in countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and Chile, among others. It is a work permeated by the mothers' gaze and their capacity for transformation, resilience and struggle, where both the diversity and the depth of the tragedy are expressed.

AMOR PURO,  emerges as a cry, a plea for knowledge, a prayer for justice. Pure love transforms, builds, adds up, consolidates a collective voice, a voice of mothers who march in circles infinitely following the same steps, repeating over and over again the same situations, the same memories in search of truth and the images that built life with their children.
