PRIMAVERA

The day spring came, they left their homes, mostly young, almost all of them unknown, they sprouted like flowers, flew like birds, ran in schools through the streets of that Arab society. A democratic greenness seemed to spring up from the desert, a birth of freedom, a revolution that has not stopped until today.

It was cooked up on the internet and on social networks, an unprecedented movement, thousands of young people protested to overthrow those who had been their masters and kings, those who placed stones in their brains while they were thrown into the sea.

And then spring grew around the world: Mexico and Chile with their student protests, peasant struggles in Colombia, Greece and Spain filled the streets in outrage, voices were heard as screams that had been contained for decades? and spring is still, was born and will continue?

The play wants to talk about the protest. It talks about the states to which the individual and the collective are induced in the midst of the crowds, immersed in the disorder, subject to role-playing, to the reasons and unreasonableness of it. From fear and euphoria together, to the bodily and emotional states and the actors involved in each process. The protest and its character reflect our times, our society, our individuals, it is the distillate of shows the anxieties, desires and expectations, the purest juice of a generation, the hyper-realistic reflection of a reality.
